・Appetizer: Manyo's dried cod roe, Mineoka tofu, wasabi, and waridashi

・Sashimi: Freshly delivered from Nagahama Market, assortment of four kinds of sashimi

・Cold dish: Dried mullet roe and winter radish salad, chrysanthemum, special dressing

・Main dish: Steamed pork from Itoshima and warm vegetables, sesame ponzu sauce

・Hot dish: Mackerel with yuzu sauce, Omi konnyaku, taro, and asatsuki

・Fried food: Shrimp arare (fried rice crackers), jigu (fried chicken), lion pepper, seasoned salt

Meal: Conger eel rice, pickles

・Tomewan miso soup with tofu, wakame seaweed, and asatsuki
