・Grilled dish: Saga beef loin, ceramic grilled, grilled vegetables with Japonaise sauce, rock salt

・Hot dish: boneless conger eel with yuzu sauce, Omi konnyaku, taro, and asatsuki

Deep-fried live prawns, deep-fried jigu, lion pepper, seasoned salt

Meal: Conger eel rice, pickles

・Hot dish: Sea urchin chawanmushi, shrimp, ginkgo nuts, tortoiseshell paste, melted wasabi

・Fried food: Cod milt tempura, bamboo shoots, perilla leaves, kudzu somen noodles, tempura dashi
