・Main dish: Saga beef loin grilled on a ceramic plate, grilled vegetables with Japonaise sauce, rock salt
・Hot dish: Sea urchin chawanmushi, shrimp, ginkgo nuts, tortoiseshell paste, melted wasabi
・Fried food: Cod milt tempura, bamboo shoots, perilla leaves, kudzu somen noodles, tempura dashi
・Meal: Nigiri sushi

・Hot dish: Crab meat, bamboo shoots, Omi konnyaku, Sakurafu, peeled soybeans, yuzu sauce
