・Grilled dish: Saga beef loin, ceramic grilled, grilled vegetables with Japonaise sauce, rock salt

・Hot dish: Sea urchin chawanmushi, shrimp, ginkgo nuts, tortoiseshell paste, melted wasabi

・Fried food: Cod milt tempura, bamboo shoots, perilla leaves, kudzu somen noodles, tempura dashi

Meal: Sea bream rice, pickles

・Tome Miso Soup Tofu Wakabu Asazuki

Deep-fried foods: Bundled whitebait deep-fried in a light batter, cod buds, deep-fried shiitake mushrooms, umami salt

Meal: clam rice, hijiki seaweed, carrots, uranji, pickles
