Limited to September and October: "Miyabi" course featuring live squid sashimi, three kinds of fresh sashimi, and Japanese black beef teppanyaki, with 120 minutes of all-you-can-drink

・Appetizer: Hagi tofu, wasabi, and delicious stock

・Appetizers and assorted snacks

・Sashimi "Live squid sashimi, directly from Yobuko" or "Thinly sliced flounder"

*If "Live Squid Sashimi" is not available due to stock availability, "Thinly Sliced Flounder" will be used instead.

Assorted sashimi (bluefin tuna and three other varieties)

・Norigi Nagori Gomi Somen, noodle stock

・Main dish: Kyushu Kuroge Wagyu beef loin, grilled on a ceramic plate, grilled vegetables, and Japonaise sauce

・Warm dish: Matsutake mushroom and conger eel with yuzu sauce, simmered hexagonal sweet potato, green ginkgo nuts, Omi konjac, chopped yuzu

・Fried foods: squid tempura, lion peppers, tempura dashi seasoned with salt

*If the sashimi is "thinly sliced flatfish", the set will be "fried lotus root sandwich, shrimp and sweet potato".

・Meal: Nigiri sushi

Assorted sashimi (three kinds of tuna including medium fatty tuna)
