The "Miyabi" course, available from January to February, begins with tofu and an assortment of snacks to go with sake, and the live squid sashimi or thinly sliced flounder directly from Yobuko are especially recommended.The main dish is Kyushu-produced Kuroge Wagyu beef loin grilled on a teppanyaki grill, served with grilled vegetables and finished with a delicious Japonaise sauce.Enjoy our exquisite dishes, which are painstakingly prepared by top-class Japanese chefs and finished with delicate artisanal techniques to bring out the natural flavor of the ingredients.Private rooms can accommodate up to 60 people
