Fresh sashimi platter of three kinds, delivered directly from Nagahama Market.

Japanese-style vichyssoise with new potatoes and plum sauce

Kenchin-mushi (steamed vegetable dish), with a silver sauce.

Grilled Kyushu-produced Kuroge Wagyu beef loin on a ceramic plate, grilled vegetables, and Japanese-style sauce.

The dish consists of "minced shrimp fried in batter, shishito peppers, bamboo shoot and lotus root chips, and seasoned salt."
