The "Miyabi" course, available from May to June, begins with Kure tofu and an assortment of appetizers, and we especially recommend the fresh squid sashimi or thinly sliced flounder sashimi directly from Yobuko.The main course, grilled Kyushu-produced Kuroge Wagyu beef loin on a ceramic plate, is served with grilled vegetables and finished with a superb Japanese-style sauce.Enjoy to your heart's content the exquisite dishes prepared with meticulous care by top-class Japanese chefs, who spare no effort in preparing the ingredients and bringing out their natural deliciousness with their delicate, masterful techniques.Private rooms can accommodate up to 60 people.
