The "Hakata Motsunabe Take" course begins with appetizers such as Manyo's flying fish broth mentaiko and Hakata mizuna pickled in wasabi, followed by a four-kind assortment of sashimi delivered directly from Nagahama Market.The warm Hakata Gameni stew and the main Hakata Mizutaki hot pot offer flavors that will warm both your heart and body.To finish, we add rice porridge or noodles, and finally, we conclude with a refreshing yuzu sherbet.Please enjoy to your heart's content all seven exquisite dishes.Private rooms can accommodate up to 60 people.
